Hi! I’m Sam McKenzie, a freelance writer and tech employee based in NYC. I write content about literature, culture, technology, travel, and politics, specializing in articles and long-form blog posts.
My main interest is in delighting my audience with fantastical stories about real and fictional places and times. I write articles about books that transport the reader far away, as well as the joys of travel and how technology and culture is changing and shaping everything around us.

I’m a double graduate of Rutgers University, where I received a Bachelor’s degree in history and an MBA, which gives me an understanding of the past as well as a firm grasp of business concepts.
